San Antonio participates in Cajun Festival

This year, Traders Village in San Antonio will be hosting the Cajun Festival 2019. This event will feature music and food, and is free to the public.

There will be music from 12:30 to 4:30 pm both days of the festival, and attendees are encouraged to dance. Attendees may also bring their own lawn chairs.

Food will be sold starting at 11:00 am, ending at 5:00 pm. The crawfish plate will feature a healthy portion of crawfish served with corn and seasoned potatoes. There will also be Cajun gumbo, which will be served over rice with crackers on the side.

The event will be hosted at Traders Village, which is a unique shopping area that allows people to trade, sell, play, and barter. There are over 1,000 different vendors with a wide variety of wares. Vendors will be open during the event. Those attending the event should be aware that Traders Village may have more foot traffic than normal, due to the event running alongside to normal business.

Parking for this area is $4, but there is no entrance fee. Events like this often benefit from banner printing, as Banners can be displayed for weeks prior to the event to help garner attention.

This event is currently scheduled to take place on Saturday and Sunday, April 27 and 28.
