San Antonio celebrates holiday with creative and tasty event

A shop in San Antonio is giving the Easter holiday the spotlight with an activity in late March.

Easter Stick Cookies is a family event from Over the Top Cake Supplies. These activities are for both adults and children, allowing for a unique bonding experience.

The instructor will have images following the Easter theme as the template for attendees to work from. Techniques shared include flooding and piping. Each individual will decorate their own set of cookies, making them unique. Supplies will be provided by the store.

Over The Top Cake Supplies sells a large assortment of products related to cake baking and decorating. These include items such as buttercream, piping tips, food dye, silicone mats, edible glitter and paper, sanding sugar, and chocolate and candy molds.

Tickets for the class can be purchased through the Over The Top Cake Supplies website. Only people participating in the decorating are able to enter the store’s classroom. It is important to arrive on time, as the lesson will start promptly. A waitlist will be available if the event becomes full.

The price per person is $25. Refunds are unavailable, but credit transfers to a different event are allowed with at least two days of notice. Flyer printing can help bakeries and supply shops promote their products and interactive experiences.

The Easter Stick Cookies class will be taking place between 12:00pm and 2:00pm on Saturday, 23 March.
