Popular show to hit San Antonio venue

A beloved television program will be bringing its characters to the stage for a live tour, which will be calling in at San Antonio in mid-December.

Bluey’s Big Play is a new story featuring the Disney+ show characters. Bluey is a Blue Heeler dog. She and her sister Bingo love to play and invent their own new games. Their mom and dad, Chilli and Bandit, both love to play with the girls when they have time after work. Chilli works in airport security, while Bandit is an archeologist.

The play is written by Joe Brumm, with music composed by Joff Bush, both of whom work on the TV program. The story is that Bandit is planning to relax on his bean bag, but his girls want him to play. Bingo and Bluey work together to try and get their dad up and joining the fun. Puppets were crafted to help bring the family to life.

Tickets across all four performances range in price from $30.50 to $200, and can be bought through Ticketmaster. Each show will last 50 minutes. Merchandise with the show’s Logo Design is often sold at plays like this. December 16 will have one performance, starting at 6:30 pm. December 17 will have two, beginning at 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
