Fiesta Week has been a strong and memorable event since it's small beginning in 1891 when a group of ladies came together and decorated horse-drawn carriages an bicycles with flowers. They paraded their carriages in front of the Alamo and threw flower blossoms at each other. This was to become known as the Battle of Flowers Parade, and was the first successful parade planned solely by a group of women.
Fiesta week commemorates this day with Fiesta Week, which hosts over 100 events, parades, parties, shows, concerts, and much, much more. As with any week long event, catalog printing will be on the rise throughout the city as the Fiesta San Antonio Commission provides schedules and information to those in attendance for the massive party. With just days left before the party starts, poster printing and banner printing will be an abundant service provided by printing companies as Signs will likely be hung around the city for it's citizens and guests to see.
A innumerable amount of events and parades will take place during the ten days of the Fiesta, including events exclusively for adults and events that the entire family can enjoy. The festival will seemingly have smaller festivals in itself, allowing for a grand party experience. This historical event, while fun, will also be extremely educational due to it's origins and it's commemoration of the Battle of the Alamo and the Battle of San Jacinto.
The Fiesta San Antonio Commission Inc. will plan and coordinate the event, which is scheduled to start on April 19 to April 29.Get a Free Quote for Signs
