Comedian Iliza Shlesinger will soon be back on the road, making a stop in San Antonio in mid-August.
The show will be socially distanced, and attendees will choose their section, but will be placed in that space based on time of purchase, following the seating plan the venue has in place. An email with the specific seating numbers will be sent out prior to the event.
Additional safety protocols include masks at entrance and away from seats, a temperature check, limited occupancy of bathrooms and elevators, no large Bags or outside drinks/food, floor markings with a letterhead and/or graphic design to indicate proper distancing, the seating being spaced out, touchless payments and hand sanitizer, and more. During the pandemic, Shlesinger created a follow along cooking series that she streams from her social media, allowing viewers to learn easy recipes and tricks from James Beard-nominated James Galuten (Shlesinger’s husband). One of her biggest claims to fame is being both the youngest person and only female to have the title of NBC’s Last Comic Standing.
The tickets for this show range in price from $49.50 to $165. The VIP package allows for a meet and greet, autographed poster, premium ticket, photo, and laminate. The show takes place at 7:30 pm on August 13 at the H-E-B Performance.
