Brescoe art museum to hold special event for Fathers Day

Families in San Antonio and Bexar County can look forward to spending a refreshing day at the Briscoe Western Art Museum.

The Father’s Day event combined with the local’s day discount provides local residents entry tickets at 50% of normal price at $ 6.00 less for an opportunity to enjoy the art and culture of the West.

At the Father’s Day event, residents can look forward to free beer, whiskey tasting and more from Ranger Creek Distillery and Brewery. The drinks can be enjoyed with barbecued food prepared at the venue. As a part of the Summer Film Series screening, visitors to the event can see the classic film Little Big Man. Families can also see the exhibition Still in the Saddle at Briscoe. Sponsors at the event are likely to use banner printing to promote their business.

To avail the local’s day discount, address proof of residence in San Antonio or Bexar County must be provided. Accepted documents include ID or utility bills with an address within Bexar County. Entry is free for children aged 12 or lower. The tickets cannot be purchased online and must be bought at the museum on arrival.
