Being a military couple can sometimes be a difficult path, but an event is on the agenda for Plano that will give vets and their sweethearts a chance to celebrate a special day together.
The Chocolate Angel Café and Tea Room will be preparing a Military Couples' Valentine's Day Brunch, and it will be open to military and veteran couples only. The function is being offered free of charge, and those who participate can choose between a chicken, pork, fish, or beef entrée. To add to the romance of the meal, Ray L. Baker will be providing saxophone music for the occasion, and drinks will be included.
Only a limited number of seats will be available for the brunch, and preregistration is required. As the event will be for couples only, no children are permitted to attend. The organizers of this celebration of military and veteran couples noted that sponsorships for the function by members of the pubic and the local business community will be most appreciated. Banners and other decorations for this type of occasion can be sourced from a printer in the local area.
February 14 has been chosen as the date for the Military Couples' Valentine's Day Brunch, which has been planned by the Texas Veterans’ Ranch and Family Resort Inc. Anyone who would like further details can obtain them by visiting its Facebook page.
