North Texas is about to be treated to its largest cultural event of 2025, and it will put the world at Plano’s doorstep.
Haggard Park will soon see the annual Plano International Festival make its return for its 21st year, and it will be an all ages activity. It will open in the late morning and run until late afternoon, and both parking and admission will be free of charge.
During the event, the attendees will be able to take in a live performance of music and dance, and a variety of food trucks will be rolling in so that everyone can try cuisine from all over the world. There will be STEAM based activities and eco-friendly fun for the kids, and special “festival passports” have been created to encourage them to visit all of the booths. The wellness fair area will boast free screenings and other services, and the FitZone will have everyone up and moving.
The celebration has been planned as a Zero Waste event, and the attendees can play a role by sorting their waste at one of the stations that will be on site for this. A banner printing company can prepare reusable, pop-up signage for an activity.
The 2025 Plano International Festival will offer fun for the whole family on October 18th. It will kick off at 11:00 am.
