Easter Bunny set to make summer stop in Plano

This year, even the Easter Bunny had to social distance, which made his visit to Plano a little bit late. The Heritage Farmstead Museum was one of his stops, and he left behind lots to find during an egg hunt for grown-ups only.

The museum has rescheduled its Easter Egg fundraiser, and thanks to the support of the area’s business community, it will still have plenty of prizes on offer. Reserved for those who are at least 21 years old, and as it will be held at night, everyone is encouraged to bring their flashlight and wear suitable footwear to the event.

More than 5,000 prizes will be up for grabs, and many of them have been donated by local companies. Vouchers for sports tickets, gift cards, spa packages and many other experiences will be hidden throughout the egg hunt area, and the V.I.B. (Very Important Bunny) pass also includes advanced entry, special access to some of the museum’s exhibits, a photo booth, a selection of small bites and cocktails, and also a souvenir T-shirt that includes a fun graphic design.

The new date for the Heritage Farmstead Museum egg hunt will be August 21. General admission ticket holders are asked to arrive by 8:00 pm, while those who opted for a V.I.B. pass will be able to enter at 7:30 pm.
