Students who will be attending classes at Plano’s Collin College are invited to take part in one of the upcoming student orientation events that will be held at its Spring Creek Campus.
During this session, which is being offered free of charge, those who take part will be given an overview of the different services and resources that are at their disposal. They will also learn more about what will be expected of them both academically and in the community, as well as the culture of the campus.
Staff will be on hand to answer any questions, and taking part will meet the students’ orientation requirement. They are scheduled for July 25, and August 6, 9, and 18. They will all be held in the Living Legends Conference Center.
Along with the sessions for those will be attending classes at the college, there will be one offered for families and parents. This will be held on August 6, in the campus’ John Anthony Theater. A Print company will be able to produce a variety of promotional materials that can be handed out during events such as this.
Those who wish to take part are reminded that they must register ahead of time to do so. Children are not permitted to attend. Further details and opportunity to sign up for an orientation session can be found on the Collin College website.
