Plano’s proud pet parents will soon be able to craft a portrait of their beloved animal family member.
The Shops at Willow Blend’s Pipe and Palette is offering seats in its Paint Your Pet 2026 sessions, scheduled for dates from February through to April. While children may participate, they must attend with an adult, and both will need to purchase a ticket.
The participants are asked to bring a photo of their pet that they will sketch, and there will be facilitators offering guidance throughout the activity. Photocopies on 8.5” by 11” pieces of paper are recommended, and they should be in full color. Everyone should arrive a few minutes early so they can get settled in. All of the supplies needed will be provided, and everyone will go home with their masterpiece on a 16” by 20” canvas. Guests may bring their own drinks.
A painting or other art workshop offers members of the public a chance to learn the fundamentals in a supportive environment. A flyer printing company will be happy to help spread the word about local in-person events.
This beginner-friendly pet portrait painting class will be held on dates starting tomorrow, February 22, and then every Sunday until April 12. The venue for the activity is situated at 6121 W. Park Boulevard. The next few sessions start at 4:45 PM although the time will change for some of the March dates.
