Plano is home to some talented crafters, and some of these local stitchers will be showing off their talents in an upcoming textile show.
The 2022 Plano Quilt Show will feature an assortment of items crafted in the local area. Just as in previous years, a raffle is on the agenda, and the winner will score a gift package that includes at least 26 different items that may be helpful to home crafters.
Admission to the show is $12 each per day, and the public is encouraged to participate. Many quilters have already submitted a request to add an item to the display and competition, and these will be available for pickup after the event has drawn to a close. There will be an area for Special Exhibits, which will be filled with pieces crafted by special interest groups, guild workshops and others. These will not be included in the judging for the weekend.
Community festivals tend to attract a crowd, and a poster printing company can help to boost public interest. It can also provide a range of other printed material such as tickets, vendor contracts, Letterheads, and Signs.
The 2022 Plano Quilt Show will be showcasing the city’s textile talent on August 12 and 13. The Plano Event Center will be the venue for the weekend celebration.
