Plano families that would like to get the new year off to a healthy and festive start are invited to join the fun of a local activity, and it will include food and other activities.
The 2025 Hot Cake Hustle will be offering all ages the chance to enjoy fun in the sun, and they can run, jog, walk or roll along in their wheelchair or other mobility device. It will be staged at Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve, and a virtual attendance option is available.
The courses that have been set for the day have been USATF Certified, and parking will be free. Everyone will be treated to a brunch of free pancakes as well as a hot chocolate bar, and a beer garden is also in the works for those age 21 and up. The after party will keep the fun going, and a bag check service will be on offer.
To thank the participants for their support, everyone will receive an assortment of Promotional Products including a finisher’s medal, bib and shirt. A printer will be able to craft a unique Logo Design for a fundraiser or other event.
