For two days in November, Plano will be offering the public an opportunity to shop for everyone on their holiday list, and support local small businesses while they do.
There Plano Holiday Market will be an admission free activity that connects the public with area makers and crafters. Many of the sites offered for sale will be unique and handmade, and the festivities will help to build the community's seasonal spirit.
The vendors on site will have items on offer that range from clothes and textiles to soaps, self-care products, candles, toys, and other goods. The foodies can stock up on snacks and treats such as dips and craft-style salsas to give as gifts or serve at holiday parties. Collin County Seniors will have a booth stacked with knitted articles and ornaments, and everyone can browse and shop to their heart’s content.
Communities often choose to host markets during the winter holiday season, and these may be signature events for the vendors taking part. Print shops will be able to help make sure they have access to any promotional Pens and other items to make the most of the event.
The Plano Holiday Market will be popping in to help open the season on November 19 and 20. Those interested can head to Carpenter Park Recreation Center to enjoy the experience.
