Plano kids offered fun on the farm

A Plano area venue that offers nature-based play and learning has planned a series of sessions for the winter and early spring, and each will be filled with fun.

The Heritage Farmstead Museum has prepared a series of five mornings that will run throughout March, April and May. Each will have its own theme, and they are intended for kids from ages 2 to 5. Parents are welcome as well.

The participants will be invited to read a story and make a craft to take home, and they will also have a chance to go for a wagon ride and meet some of the farm's animals. Tickets must be reserved in advance, and they will be offered as come and go style occasions. The families are encouraged to bring along a picnic lunch to enjoy on site, and tickets start at $10.00 for each child and $5.00 for adults.

Developing creative programming is often one of the tasks undertaken by a not for profit group, and a banner printing company will be pleased to help. They can supply out of the box display items, signage and other materials as well as small Promotional Products to give to each attendee.

The Heritage Farm Museum will begin its Fun on the Farm series on March 4th, and the subsequent session will take place on March 25th, April 1st, April 22nd and May 6th. Its website offers additional information.
