Ronald McDonald House of Dallas provides a respite from the storm for families with a child needing medical care, and to ensure it can keep on providing these services, a local golf classic is in the works.
Plano’s Gleneagles Country Club will see players take to the course for the 2022 Addison Rotary Open, which is a fundraiser organized by the Addison Rotary Foundation. It first teed off in 1981, and since then it has raised millions for the cause.
The tournament will follow a four-player team scramble format, and many of the holes will feature special contests and prizes. The event will kick off with a shotgun start, and when each player has played through, they will be invited to retire to the clubhouse for a mixer and awards presentation. A raffle draw will round out the fun.
The organizer of the fundraiser explained that it would not be possible to host the occasion without support from the local corporate community. The name and Logo Design of these companies can be found on many of the Promotional Products used to market the event.
