Model railway buffs from all over Texas may wish to add an upcoming Plano event to their Calendars.
The Plano Center will be playing host to the 32nd annual Dallas Area Train Show. This is the largest event of its kind in the North Dallas area, and it is geared to offer something to everyone from the novice to the serious collector.
The event will feature an assortment of different track layouts as well as vendor displays, clinics where the public can learn more about their hobby. Some of the layouts will be home ones that have been brought on tour. These activities will take place through both days of the event. In addition to this, those who attend can have their name entered in the door prize draw to win an assortment of items, including the grand prize of a $250 train set.
