McAllen educators interested in making a change as well as those who are interested in exploring their employment options are invited to visit a casual event soon to be held in the city.
The IDEA Upper Valley Staffing Team will be booking a table at Starbucks, and welcome anyone who would like to discuss potential employment opportunities in its public schools. They will be at the location for two hours, so anyone interested in taking advantage of this opportunity is welcome to stop by at any time between 9:00 am and 11:00 am.
Those who come to share coffee and a chat will be able to find out about different positions that will need to be filled, as well as the application process which is new to the area. At least 12 different schools will be represented. They are welcome, and even encouraged, to bring along a friend or colleague, and the coffee will be free of charge. The planners of a function like this can call on local brochure printers to provide them with materials for the occasion.
