Parade ushers in holiday spirit in McAllen
A holiday parade tradition is being planned for McAllen residents seeking a way to come together with friends and family for a memorable celebration.
The McAllen Holiday Parade: Noche Magica will welcome visitors from out of town, along with town residents who are ready to begin celebrating the holidays and the festive season. The parade, which is one of the largest of its kind in the state, will be presented by its sponsors, among which are H-E-B, Bert Ogden Fiesta Dealerships, Reliant Energy, Lone Star Bank, and McAllen International Airport.
The parade has captivated audiences since 2014, and is looking to build upon the reputation it has established over the past decade. Banner printing is an effective way to welcome attendees or display floats at such parades while promoting the event’s sponsors and helping them build brand awareness.
The route will take the floats through town on a 1.5-mile path that travels along Bicentennial Boulevard and Business 83. Interested parties can visit the town’s webpage to get more information on tickets, routes, and volunteer opportunities for the famous parade.
The floats will start at the McAllen Veterans Memorial Stadium, and the parade will be held on Saturday, December 7, with the first floats leaving at 3:30 PM. Interested parties can purchase tickets online by heading to the event’s website.
