McAllen has a new source for handmade wooden decor and other items, and this addition to the city’s business community has planned a grand opening celebration.
The pandemic meant Tuvy’s Woodworking had to postpone its opening events, but the festivities are now set to go ahead this July. The public is invited to join in the fun of welcoming the store to the city, and will discover what sorts of products and services it has on offer.
The plans for the function include a ceremonial ribbon cutting, and drinks and light refreshments will be served to the crowd. There will also be music to enjoy, and the attendees can ask the staff any questions they might have. Everything from whimsical chicken picnic tables to cutting boards and larger wooden pieces will be on display, and there will also be information supplied about the various classes the company hosts.
