Sipping on a chilled mimosa can be a relaxing way to spend a lazy afternoon, and a Houston event is set to offer its attendees this experience.
Those age 21 and up are on the guestlist for the city's “Mimosa Land” music festival, which will bring the fun to The Water Works in Buffalo Park. Anyone interested in attending can choose from two different session start times, both of which run for four hours.
The festival will feature performances from a variety of bands and artists, and good vibes will be the order of the day. Everyone will receive a complimentary mimosa to sip on when they enter, and they may choose to purchase some additional pours if they wish. Everyone can bring a lawn chair so they will be able to sit back and relax, and a “bottomless” ticket is available for anyone who would like unlimited drinks.
Along with the drinks, music, and other fun, the function will feature an assortment of area food trucks. Mobile eateries might order custom vehicle wraps from an area printing services company, which will be able to design, prepare and install them on site.
This afternoon and evening of sipping in the sun and sunset will be offering 12:00 pm and 6:00 pm start times. It is scheduled for Saturday, June 14, and vendor and food truck applications will be accepted up until the day of the event.
