The West University Branch of the Houston Library System is gearing up for Halloween, and one of the activities it has on its agenda will give both the young and the young at heart a chance to show off their favorite costume.
The whole family may enjoy the Halloween Costume Parade taking place at the venue this October. It will be hitting the road rain or shine, and the meetup point will be set up at the library itself.
Once everyone has arrived, the participants will show them off in a costume parade, and they will walk a short route so the community can enjoy their efforts. At the end of the outing, treats will be served to the little ghosts and goblins, and everyone can settle in for a spooky story reading.
