Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers will appear at the Toyota Center in Houston this month and part of a tour to herald the group’s first studio album in four years, which was released at the end of July.
The album is on Reprise Records and is titled ‘Hypnotic Eye’. Every ticket purchased will include the new album.
An American rock band originating from Gainesville, Florida, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers began in 1976 with Petty as the vocalist and guitar player. Other band members included Mike Campbell, Ron Blair, Stan Lynch, and Benmont Tench. The band has remained mostly intact with just a few changes over the years.
