Holiday shopping on offer in Houston

Families and shoppers are being invited to a festive weekend of local artisan goods, live music, and holiday décor in Houston.

The Heritage Holiday Market will take place in December, offering attendees the opportunity to browse booths with seasonal treats, handcrafted goods, and festive cards.

This family-friendly invite will also include Santa photo opportunities and children’s activity stations. Finally, organizers will wrap everything up with live holiday entertainment to add to the Christmas spirit.

It is a free-to-attend event that welcomes all locals and visitors to experience the holiday season in Houston. Everyone is, therefore, encouraged to support local vendors and artists at this community gathering. At events like this, planners can use flyer printing to spread the word and attract more attendees to join in.

While convenient parking is available nearby in downtown Houston public lots and garages, visitors are encouraged to arrive early or rideshare for the best access. This also ensures they can actively participate in the full schedule of the events on both days, from the early market to the ticketed Candlelight & Carol Tour that lets them see candlelight-illuminated historic homes.

The annual Heritage Holiday Market is scheduled for Friday, December 12 from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Saturday, December 13 from 1:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Sam Houston Park, the home of the Houston heritage society.
