Luncheon honors alumni of local high school

The 14th annual Tastemakers Luncheon is taking place next month in Houston. The day is a presentation of the HSPVA Friends, which raises funds for Kinder High School for the Performing and Visual Arts.

Guests will enjoy a lunch and will be entertained by students of Kinder High School. They will also be treated to the presentation of the 2020 Distinguished Alumni award. This year, the award will be given to brother and sister Rhoda Boone Lane and Will Boone. Both have successful careers; Rhoda is the food director for Conde Nast, while Will is a world-renowned visual artist.

Sponsorships are available from $500 for headliner. Tables for 10 can also be sponsored for $5,000, $10,000 and $25,000. The sponsors will be recognized at the event and on the individual tables.

Funds raised by the HSPVA Friends go towards several important areas at Kinder High School including art supplies, new technology, and teachers.

Houston printing services companies are often asked to help promote events such as this by providing Flyers, Invitations, and Brochures. These items can be inexpensively distributed in the area.

The Tastemakers luncheon will be held at the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts on March 3 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Tickets are $250 each or $3,500 for a table of 10. Call 713-874-0087 for more information.
