The Children’s Museum of Houston provides learning experiences for kids and their families, and to celebrate the Halloween season, it has arranged a special month of themed activities.
The museum has scheduled different themes for the last three weeks of October, and while the kids have fun, they will also be learning about STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) and other subjects. It will be closed on Halloween itself.
Kids who attend the festivities will be able to trick-or-treat on evenings from Tuesday until Friday as well as all day on Saturday, and the first week will have a “geek busters” theme. The otters will each have their own, and they have been sponsored by an assortment of local companies. All ages are welcome, and the activities will all be suitable for young children. If accessibility is an issue, there will be trained guides on hand to help, and these offerings are included in the general admission price.
