Comicpalooza will take place in Houston in late May, and will host celebrities and attendees from across the state.
The event has been expanded to four days, with more than 1,000 hours of programs and activities making up the day. Comicpalooza consists of a spectacular sci-fi and fantasy festival. Activities include workshops, games, demonstrations, performances, sports competition, and question-and-answer sessions.
Some of the anticipated celebrities appearing at the event include Rose McGowan, Clark Gregg, and Peter Davidson. Fans will have the opportunity to interact throughout the event.
Other guests include comic book artist Pat Broderick. He is known for ‘The Micronauts’, as well as his contribution to the Batman series. Brent Peeples, the co-creater of ‘The Last of the Greats’ from Image Comics, will also be attending the Comicpalooza.
Volunteers are needed to handle this large convention, and will get to meet new people and be part of the event. Volunteer application Forms are available via the event website.
