The Home is Where the Art is silent art auction is taking place next month in Houston. The event is a fundraising event for Homeaid Houston.
More than 30 local and international artists will be donating works for the auction, and they will be able to keep up to 50% of the final bid or can donate the entire selling price to the charity. Artist Kiki Neumann will be creating a custom piece for the event, Isabelle Dupuy will be exhibiting her works, and many other artists will be offering original works of art for auction.
In addition to the art, there will also be items such as an Apple TV, a chocolate fountain, cosmetic sessions with a doctor, and concert tickets. Food and beverages will be available during the evening as well.
Homeaid Houston is an organization that helps to build homes for the homeless. It pairs those who need homes with designers and remodelers who donate their time, labor, and materials. This event will raise enough funds to build six new houses in the Houston area.
Organizers may invest in Mailing services to let Houston residents know about the auction.
The Home is Where the Art is Auction will be held at Hardy and Nancy Studios on May 20 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. Admission is free of charge. To find out more, visit the Facebook event page.
