The 2nd annual Thing-a-Ma-Jingle on Main Street is taking place this November in Houston. It is a presentation of Downtown Houston.
This event is recommended for those aged 21 and over. Main Street between Commerce and Rusk will be closed to traffic for the evening. There will be carol-oke, where everyone gets to sing their favourite Christmas tunes, photo opportunities with the Hipster Santa, and various light displays and projections. There will also be a photo booth so attendees can capture the moment.
A major part of this event is the Black Friday Gift Market. Hundreds of vendors will be on hand to sell items suitable for gift giving such as arts and crafts, clothing, holiday decorations and gourmet food. There will no doubt be many items for sale that will make unique and perfect holiday gifts for friends and family.
The restaurants and bars located along the street will also be offering food and drink specials to attendees.
