The 37th Houston Ballet Nutcracker Market is taking place early next month over four days.
A major fundraiser for the Houston Ballet, this year’s theme is Rockin’ and Shoppin’, and it will no doubt attract people who are excited about starting their holiday gift shopping.
Over 280 merchants will be on hand to sell all variety of items suitable for gift giving. This will include home décor, gourmet foods, handmade jewelry, and clothing accessories. In keeping with the time of year, there will also be plenty of Christmas decorations for sale including wreaths and ornaments. Guests can also purchase raffle tickets for $10 each or $50 for six.
There will be three special events taking place over the course of the market. The Wells Fargo Preview Party takes place on November 8 from 6:30 to 10:30 PM. Guests will enjoy early shopping, cocktails, buffets and live entertainment. Tickets are $250 each.
The next day is the Saks Fifth Avenue Fashion Show and Luncheon from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Tickets are $135.
The day after that will be the Macy’s Fashion Show and Luncheon, also from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Tickets cost $135 each.
