The Gum Ball is taking place this May in Houston, and is a fundraiser for Fresh Arts.
The theme of this year's event is the film ‘Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory’. In keeping with this, admission will be with a ‘Golden Ticket’, there will be chocolate rivers, lots of other sweet treats, and some Oompa Loompas will make a guest appearance. Guests are encouraged to dress in costume.
The event will also feature drinks, food, dancing, and a fine art auction. In addition, Sharon and Gus Kopriva and Chris Silkwood will be honored for their contributions to the arts community.
Fresh Arts provides many art services to the community, including classes, workshops, and art exhibitions. It also serves as a base for many artists in the Houston area and provides them with help and networking opportunities.
Sponsorships can be purchased by local businesses or individuals, ranging in price from $600 up to $10,000. Sponsors will be recognized on Print Invitations, all advertising and on signage during the event.
Houston printing companies have likely help to provide the invitations and Signs that will be required to showcase sponsors.
