Anime Matsuri is returning to Houston this summer for four days.
This is a convention that will be celebrating Japanese popular culture and Anime arts. Attendees can enjoy several social events and traditional Japanese food as well.
The convention is set to feature discussion panels, workshops and several guest stars. Among those appearing at this year's event are voice actors James Callis and Ricardo Brust, director Abe Yuichi and cosplayers Hana Bunny and HaneAme. There will also be autograph sessions and photograph opportunities. Food trucks and cafes will help to assuage any hunger.
A popular part will be the vendors' room which will feature the Artist Alley showcase. Vendors will be selling everything Anime-related such as comics and DVDs.
Other events taking place will be a formal dance, game playing and cosplay contests. Shibuya Crossing is set to feature a Japanese car show, maid and butler cafes and more vendors.
There are several levels of tickets available. A Superpass is $225 and will feature many VIP perks. A regular pass is $80 until June 16 and $85 after while a child's pass is $40 or $45.
Houston brochure printing companies are often asked to provide programs for such events.
