Palace Theater presents festive programs

Grapevine’s Palace Theatre is presenting three live Christmas performances and concerts in mid-December.

This Sunday, December 12, starting at 4:00 pm, the theater will offer Will Hearn’s The Grand Ol’ Christmas Show. This will be a live musical variety show featuring an Americana group Blue Water Highway, Gospel Singers, the N-O-E-L Radio Orchestra, and other Texan entertainers and artists. The program will be a mix of Christmas classics and progressive satire sketch comedy.

General admission will be $32. VIP $50 tickets include a meet-and-greet with the artists, a signed album, and preferred seating.

On Thursday, December 16 at 7:30 pm and Friday, December 17 at 3:00 and 7:30 pm, a live Christmas Tribute will celebrate the careers of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. Las Vegas entertainers Dave Holston and Tom Stevens will represent the “kings of cool.” Individual tickets will be $36.

“Christmas with the Petersons” will be a live stage performance with the Peterson band’s original bluegrass sound. This award-winning family band presents clean comedy, and authentic music. The seven-piece group takes an annual leave from their gig in Branson, Missouri to travel the country with a Christmas show. All seating will be reserved and tickets cost $28 each.

Groups that perform in concerts like these have to procure their contracts well in advance to ensure inclusion in the theater’s program brochure printing.

Palace Theater is at 300 South Main Street.
