Grapevine will be celebrating the nation's 250th birthday with four events mostly at the end of June and early July.
On Saturday nights all summer long, at the Gaylord Texan Resort's Lone Star Atrium, from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm, an America's 250th Birthday Bash will have DJs, strolling entertainers, silent discos, patriotic sculptures and light shows.
Another Grapevine USA 250th Celebration will be four hours of family activities in downtown Grapevine. Festivities will open with a patriotic program after which the venue will feature live music, activities for everyone and food for purchase. The USA 250th Celebration is set for Saturday, June 27 from 10 am to 2 pm at Peace Plaza, 815 S. Main Street.
Historic Main Street will also feature a Celebrate America Wine Walk. Attendees will receive souvenir glasses, and five local wineries will serve flights of three wines. Tickets will be $50 and the walk will take place on July 2nd.
All these events are leading up to the July 4th America250 Golden Jubilee Fireworks Show at Lake Grapevine. The show will begin at 9:30 pm and will include a tribute to our Mayor William D. Tate for his 50 years of public service.
Many cities that present 4th of July fireworks shows often use banner printing and place large red, white and blue welcome Banners at the venue.Get a Free Quote for Banners
