Dallas Fort Worth Crude Association, a Texas non-profit organization that unites the domestic oil community in fundraising events for charities, will have its 34th annual fundraising event in June.
The three-day annual DCA event will begin with a Argus Media welcome reception happy hour followed by a panel discussion in the Gaylord Tate Ballroom on June 9 starting at 4:00 pm. Attendees will not need tickets, but guests at events such as this often bring updated Business Cards just in case.
On Thursday, June 10 at 7:00 pm, the Gaylord Texan Glass Cactus will open for the Evening Gala. There will be the traditional silent auction and raffle. Tickets are $85 online and $100 at the door.
One of the two golf tournaments will be held Thursday. This will be a traditional scramble format. The second will be the next day and feature a “shamble” format, in which each player picks their best tee shot and continues playing the hole with their own ball.
Both tournaments will be played at the nearby Cowboys Golf Club, and registration is $240 per tournament. Both golf outings will have 6:30 am check-ins with breakfasts and awards luncheons, followed by an 8:00 am shotgun start.
Another sporting event planned for Thursday, June 10th will be The Sporting Clays Shoot. This activity will be at Elm Fork Shooting Sports.
The DCA event will take place at the Gaylord Texan, 1501 Gaylord Trail from June 9 to 11.
