Lights will play a huge role in the holidays here in Grapevine during early December.
Harvest Hall & Hotel Vin will be presenting a Merry & Bright Drone Show with more than 200 lighted drones lighting up the sky over Main Street. The eight-to-nine-minute magical overhead Christmas show will begin promptly at 8:00 pm over Grapevine Main Station, 815 S. Main Street, in front of Peace Plaza. Merry & Bright Drone Show will take place Saturday, December 2.
Soon after, Main Street Grapevine will be awash with twinkling, colorful, Christmas lights as over 100 floats, marching units, trailers, cars, and trucks, all bedecked in lights, fill the street in the 44th Annual Grapevine Parade of Lights. Of course, Santa will be bringing up the rear. This year’s theme will be “Sights and Sounds of the Season.”
Awards will be given to some of the most impressive floats and marching bands. All units will need to get their required 3’ by 3’ sign or banner printing done beforehand.
The parade route will start at the intersection of Hanover and S. Main streets, go north past Dallas Road, continue down Historic Downtown Grapevine, and end at the intersection of Northwest Highway and S. Main Street.
The 44th Annual Grapevine Parade of Lights will be Thursday, December 7 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
