Grapevine readies for annual street fest

Grapevine is getting ready for its 41st Annual Main Street Fest coming in mid-May.

The three-day event will include craft brews, live music, shopping experiences, family fun and activities.

Adult admission will be $10, and tickets for seniors over 61 years old and children from 6 years old to 12 will be $5. Weekend passes will be available for $20.

Four music stages will feature non-stop music from 80s hits to classic country.

Festivities will include a KidZone, a midway with carnival games, and rides and train rides on Saturday and Sunday. The First Baptists Church will be offering a rest station - The Post - for attendees to take a break to recharge and relax.

A marketplace will feature gifts and souvenirs from local boutiques, artisans and specialty vendors. Food trucks and vendors will be selling festival treats.

Large families often go to local Print shops and have family names or logos printed on colorful T-Shirts. They wear the shirts to events like this in order to keep track of all the family members.

Liberty Park Plaza will feature a Craft Brew Experience with craft brews from U.S. breweries.
and Gaylord Texan will offer a VIP Lounge and a Craft Brew Pairing Seminar.

The 41st Annual Main Street Fest will take place Friday May 16th and Saturday May 17th from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm and 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on Sunday May 18th on Historic Grapevine's Main Street.
