Grapevine goes to Pug-O-Ween
Grapevine's DFW Pug Rescue Corporation, Inc. and CuppaPug will be holding their 29th Annual DFW Pug Rescue's Pug-O-Ween coming at the end of October.
The 2-day events will begin with a kickoff party. Guests and their pugs are invited to come in costume and enjoy games, treats, raffles and giveaways. There will be Dough My Pug a dessert/cake decorating contest and a pumpkin decorating and carving contest. Free event access comes with each dessert or pumpkin entry.
This kickoff party at the Chicken N Pickle, 4600 Merlot Avenue, Grapevine, October 25th will be from 6:00 pm. to 9:00 pm. Tickets will be $10 per person.
Day 2 will feature an extremely competitive costume contest with three categories. Gaggle of Ghouls will be for groups of dogs and people totaling three or more. The other two will be The Old Souls and Little Monsters divisions.
Other day 2 highlights will include trick-or-treating and pug-related items for sale in the vendor village, a prize wheel, raffles and giveaways, a photo booth, face painting, and a bingo card raffle.
Animal lovers who wish to support animal fundraisers like this often get flyer printing done at local printing services and place flyers around their neighborhoods and workplaces.
