Something a little different for this Valentine’s Day may well be a two-hour boat cruise around Lake Grapevine. Cruises will be available on eight days in February.
Each couple can enjoy live music for dancing, a table for two, and a three-course dinner. There will also be short comedy performances each night. Bands will include Mike Spence & Crew, Smooth Groovz with Landon Torbett, and Vinjac. The comedian line up will include Comedienne Gidgett, White Chocolate, CJ Starr, KC Mack, Anastasia the Bold, and Luciano.
The dinner will be catered by Southern Best Catering. The salad course will consist of arugula, spinach, and cranberries, followed by a second course of pilaf, greens, and carrots and a choice of grilled chicken, glazed salmon, and beef tips. Dessert options will be caramel apple cobbler, chocolate mousse cake, and cheesecake.
Special amenities will be a gift shop with souvenirs, flowers and chocolates, amd special hotel packages, and Scolo DTV Photography will have a photo studio on the boat for couples to get their pictures taken during the cruise. These pictures may be taken to local printing companies to be made into personalized Stationery.
The Love is in the Air cruises will be available February 9, 10, 11, and 13 through 17. Boarding will be at the Silver Lake Marina, 2500 Fairway Drive, #1, Grapevine at various times.
