The Texas Productions Expo 2023 will be returning Texas’s largest cinema production expo to Grapevine in mid-May.
More than 1,200 film aficionadas, tech enthusiasts, gearheads, creatives, and production professions will be flocking to this year’s expo to see the latest in cutting edge software, gear, post-production tech, cinema, and film.
Two rooms will have panels, speakers, and seminars running all day in eight one-hour segments beginning at 9:00 am. These participants will be local experts and representative from the event vendors. Topics will run from best practices in production to latest tech innovations.
Admission and entry to the seminars will be free. Event attendees will receive prizes, swag, and free raffle tickets.
Three sponsorship levels are available. Event Bag Insert $50 level will allow purchasers to have up to 500 Business Cards, Promotional Products, coupons, movie Postcards and/or Gift Certificates placed in the event Bags. The Event Bag sponsor at the $1,000 level will have its company Logo Design printed on the Bags.
The Supporting sponsor at the $3,000 level will receive billing on marketing materials and signage, and a Logo Design on one side of the event Bags. This level will also receive one booth space, one timeslot at the seminars, a logo on the website for a year, and acknowledgements at the DPA meetings.
The Texas Production Expo 2203 will take place Thursday, May 18 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Grapevine Convention Center, 1209 South Main.
