The Frisco Flyers Sports and Event Center is hosting a DFW pop-up card show on Independence Day weekend in Frisco.
The event will feature dozens of vendors for sports cards, Pokémon cards and other trading card games.
Buying, trading and selling cards will be permitted, as well as perusing for entertainment’s sake, for this event featuring collectors from across Texas.
With a family-friendly atmosphere, the event is designed to bolster connections within the card-collecting community. DFW also hosts toy shows, one of which is coming to Frisco later in July.
The Frisco Flyer Sports and Event Center offers 50,000 square feet of space, a typical size for DFW card shows. The multi-use facility opened in 2018, featuring 10 volleyball courts and a concession area.
Tickets for the DFW Card Show are $5 for adults, with no cost for children 12 and under.
Trading show events like this may choose to use Stationery printing to create collection labels, vendor Signs and price tags.
The DFW Card Show is happening on July 5 from 10 am to 5 pm at the Frisco Flyers Sports and Events Center at 6300 Flyers Way in Frisco. On July 18, a separate event will be held at the same venue in Frisco for a DFW Toy Show with a $3 admission price, free for children 10 and under.
