Frisco welcomes major collegiate football talent

Frisco will welcome the new year with the 2026 East-West Shrine Bowl.

The East-West Shrine Bowl is a football game that will feature top draft prospects for the National Football League (NFL), with the aim of supporting the philanthropic mission of Shriners Children’s Hospitals, which provides pediatric specialty care to transform the lives of children.

Apart from the game, visitors will get the chance to enjoy a Fan Fest on the Tostitos Championship Plaza with autograph sessions, interactive exhibits, family-friendly entertainment, and youth football clinics. The game will start at 6:00 pm, and be nationally televised on the NFL Network, giving those watching at home, as well as players, families, and fans, a chance to contribute to the charitable cause.

Equally, participants will get to see Dallas Cowboys icon Daryl Johnston’s East-West Shrine Bowl induction into the Hall of Fame. Johnston was a member of the esteemed Cowboys team from the 1990s, winning three Super Bowls. To promote such events, organizers can use poster printing for team listings, fan-fest maps, and even pre-game activities.

Frisco residents and visitors can get tickets as early as now, with special family-package rates and early-arrive options available. Slated for Tuesday, January 27, 2026, the 2026 East-West Shrine Bowl will occur at Ford Center at the Star in Frisco. Tickets are available for purchase to the general public, ranging in price from $20 to $50.
