This September, Frisco residents will be raising a stein in salute to a popular German tradition.
The city is set to celebrate with the Ice House Oktoberfest Beer Dinner, which will blend the bold flavors of a variety of craft beers with a themed menu of Oktoberfest inspired dishes. It has partnered with the Martin House Brewing Company for the event.
Food at the event will combine German and Texas flavors, and items such as a carving station with smoked brisket, artisan-style sausages, baked pretzels, and other bites will be front and center. There will be selected beer pairings to enhance the experience, and a special sneak peek into the brewery's day-to-day operations will be available. The sweet tooths in the crowd may especially appreciate the dessert selections. The dinner will run for two hours, and tickets to reserve a seat start at $111.15 each.
