A Texas city well known for its community spirit will soon be rolling out the welcome mat for one and all when it hosts its annual Christmas in the Stockyards activity.
This Fort Worth celebration will be on offer in the Stockyards National Historic District, and there will be plenty of fun to be had. This year will be its 23rd anniversary, and there will be nine hours of activities to enjoy.
Attendees will be able to lace up their skates and give the holiday ice rink a try, and there will also be live musical entertainment. A cowboy-style Santa will be on hand to pose for pictures, and Mrs. Claus will lead a story reading. Games, a matinee rodeo, and the Ultimate Bull Fighters World Finals are both in the works, and the festivities will be capped off with a holiday parade.
