A Memory Grows will hold a family activity in Fort Worth where dads who have lost a child can connect with other parents who have had similar experiences.
Family Day and Beignets is a program that helps families find comfort in a community of supportive peers. The event will be held at Dusty Biscuit Beignets in honor of fathers to give them support in the weeks leading up to Father’s Day. All members of a grieving family are invited to the program. The activity will be held outdoors at the venue, and the registration fee will cover two orders of beignets. People may also purchase additional food and beverages from the business.
A Memory Grows is a charitable group that aims to offer emotional support to families who have experienced the loss of a child. The organization also works with hospitals, clinics, and hospice groups. The charity hosts several events, including the Wave of Light Candlelight Ceremony and the Ceremony of Remembrance. People can use the group to connect with other resources, such as Scribbles and Crumbs, The Miss Foundation, and What’s Your Grief.
The group outing to Dusty Biscuit Beignets will be held on Saturday, June 8th from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. The cost to attend the event is $10 per family. Participants can register for the gathering in advance. Charitable groups in charge of similar programs may use flyer printing to raise awareness for their activities and causes.
