After much thought, two annual fundraisers have announced they are going down the virtual route rather than canceling their fundraising events altogether.
The Texas Women’s Foundation 35th Annual Luncheon will be the organization’s largest fundraiser of the year, to be hosted on September 29. Using the theme “Texas for All", the event will be a virtual one featuring America Ferrera as the keynote speaker. Ferrera is best known for her work on the TV shows Ugly Betty and Superstore. Tickets for the virtual luncheon will be $35 and run from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm.
Through advocacy, grantmaking, programs and research, the Texas Women’s Foundation strives to advance women’s education, economic security, health, leadership, and safety.
Although poster printing shops are initially useful for promoting events, when a date or venue needs to be changed, a flyer printing service may be the best option.
One of the largest and most anticipated autumn events in Fort Worth, the Cowtown Ball is another big in-person gathering that has been reimagined due to COVID-19.
Among the top fundraisers for the American Cancer Society, this event will be held online on October 1 with presentations being made between 7:00 and 8:00 pm. A silent auction with one-of-a-kind prizes will be featured, with more details to be released in the coming weeks.
