On April 6, a merger agreement was reached between the two struggling companies that they believe will “better serve how customers live today.” Beginning in May, select locations, including those across North Texas, will be transformed into a “Container Store + Bed Bath & Beyond” format. The new concept will blend the in-home services and signature organizing systems of the Container Store with the more extensive assortment of home furnishings, goods and everyday essentials associated with Bed Bath & Beyond.
New concepts, like new locations, need banner printing services for an impressive grand opening.
In a press release, The Container Store’s senior vice president of stores, Jen Pape, stated:
“We are actively reshaping our stores to make room for what’s next. By streamlining select categories today, we’re creating the space and flexibility needed to introduce Bed Bath & Beyond products and deliver a more complete home experience for our customers.”
Six Container Store locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area will be part of the merger including the following in Dallas – the store at 13710 Dallas Parkway and the one at 7700 W NW Highway #500 as well as one in Fort Worth at 4601 West Freeway #500.
A total of 12 Texas stores will be part of the new concept.
