A 2.5-acre site at 3031 N. Harwood Street, where public media station KERA was located, a new mixed-use development will rise including a hotel and condominiums within a 29-story building with a 22-story office tower next door.
The hotel will be part of the Marriott International Edition brand which has been described by Forbes magazine as “the hottest hotel brand in the world”. The first ever Edition hotel opened in 2010 in Waikiki. Currently there are two dozen Editions in U.S. cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Miami and Tampa in addition to international destinations such as London, Dubai, Tokyo and Madrid.
Hotels have numerous uses for high-quality Stationery printers.
Included in the new Editions Hotel in Dallas will be a restaurant and bar, meeting space, ballroom, dedicated wellness concierge, holistic well-being center, spa with hydrotherapy and pool deck.
The condos, which will occupy the same building as the hotel, will go by the name Residences at The Dallas Edition. The word luxury is used in the condos description and come in two-, three-, and four-bedroom options with square footage ranging from 1,080 to 6,866. Condo amenities include private individual terraces, private elevator access, resort-style pool, 24-hour valet and gym.
The complex’s office building will offer an amenity package with conference areas, multipurpose executive board/dining room, multiple lounge spaces, fitness center and almost an acre of green roof space.
The Chalk Hill complex anticipates opening in 2028.
