The restaurant’s concept was the product of former NYPD police officer turned restauranteur Joseph Palladino, who launched the Coal Vines pizza chain, plus Nick & Sam’s Steakhouse. Palladino’s latest brainchild, Palladino’s Steak & Seafood blends steak, Italian and seafood dishes with particular attention being placed on sushi.
Local Print shops can provide banner printing services for grand openings.
Following its September debut in New York City’s Grand Central Terminal the concept has made quite the impression, starting with its opening, which enjoyed rave reviews and attendance by a number of celebrities. The NY Post referred to Palladino’s as the city’s hottest new restaurant and gushed over its atmosphere, mentioning the eatery is:
“packed day and night.”
Forbes magazine said:
"Grand Central Station may not be the first place you think of when you are trying to find an elevated dining experience. But newly opened Palladino’s provides several reasons to visit besides the need to catch a train."
Resident magazine did a story on Palladino’s focusing in on its décor which brings to mind the glamour of 1920s and 1930s rail travel complete with Art Deco details.
Where the North Dallas Palladino’s will be located or whether its décor will match that of its older sibling; however, what is known is that it will open in spring 2026.
