Hearsay Gastro Lounge, a small chain restaurant that was founded in Houston is opening a location in Dallas’ Victory Park at 2300 Victory Park Lane and Lamar Street.
A gastropub specializing in American cuisine, Hearsay Gastro Lounge is noted for frequently using restored historic settings. The chain was founded in 2009, opening in October of that year. The first location opened in downtown Houston in the historic W.L. Foley Building and the concept has expanded to seven other locations. The chain has primarily concentrated on the Houston area but in addition to the Victory Park location there are also plans for Austin and Waco locations as well.

Dr. Lucky Chopra founded the concept of Hearsay Gastro Lounge via his Landmark Hospitality Group. Dr. Chopra, a radiologist and healthcare entrepreneur, came up with the Hearsay concept to create unique dining destinations through the redevelopment of historic buildings.
Food offerings range from health-conscious dishes to Southern-inspired comfort options. Shareable plates include: a charcuterie board, cheesesteak egg rolls, deviled eggs, Wagyu meatballs, and kung pao cauliflower bites. An eclectic variety of sandwiches are available running from $16 to $18 as well as a about a half dozen vegetarian items. Steaks and entrees range in prices from $23 to $45.
A spokesperson for the Hearsay chain explained that the Victory Park location will open in late 2025 or early next year.
